Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):

Having experience in IPO Management.
Lead the modelling, planning and execution of all financial processes
Review and analyse monthly, quarterly working board reports, gross margin analysis, Business Unit wise
profitability and various other MIS reports
Monthly track of closure of Books of accounts
Lead in finalization of accounts and all types of audits like statutory, tax, GST and internal
GST monthly reconciliation, preparation of all documents for notices for all branches
Complete documentation handling for getting the Rating Reports for the organization (CRISIL, Duns & Bradstreet)
Understand the various departments functionality and setup the process
Overlooking the statutory compliances
Tracking and identifying variances between budgeted and actual data; suggesting with improvement measures
Identify and rectify inventory related issues during stock audit
Developing quarterly forecasts as well as 3- & 5-years outlook
Provide strong team leadership to mentor, motivate and develop individuals and drive team performance
